hip hop anonymous

i love people that listen to nothing but hip hop and rap.. they think they're the shit but they're really not.

lately i've been reading people's status' on facebook about EDC and there's always one hater that thinks house music is all about drugs. it's really not you damn bum. it's a lot better than hip hop i'll tell you that for sure. house music isn't about throwing a stupid beat on a track with catchy phrases.. like "do the stanky leg" or "to the window, to the wall" and all that BS.

house music is real dance music and i'll give credit to all those producers out there like kaskade, tiesto, and deadmau5 because it takes talent to produce stuff like they do. it all comes from the heart, trust me i know because i produce music myself. and after all why would the #1 dj in the world be tiesto which so happens to spin um, oh thats right.. HOUSE MUSIC. there's a wake up call to all you hip hop junkies that are way "too cool" to listen to anything else.

so when i'm at edc.. i'm going to go because it's my music genre of choice. and as a former dj i'm going to hear one of my favorite dj's spin live. to hear how smooth his transition from song to song is because you know, that takes skill. so what if people are on drugs there? maybe that's how they like to listen to house music just like how you would probably get stoned at a dr. dre and snoop dog concert. so stop being a hypocrite and just enjoy whatever you like. thank you ladies and gentlemen, thank you.
